Studio Sin Fin is a design-build studio rooted in architecture, interiors, and visual art. Our approach is inspired by the idea of gesamtkunstwerk -a total work of art where every element, from structure to detail, is part of a cohesive whole.

We design and build new spaces, reimagine existing ones, and thoughtfully curate art and decor to bring it all together. Every project is an opportunity to create something intentional, personal, and complete - crafted by one studio, start to finish.
​​​​​​​Mai Gutierrez is an architectural designer and artist based in Austin, TX. Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, her work is grounded in nature and shaped by materials like stone, wood and metal - always with a focus on balance, texture, and feeling.

She holds a BFA and Master's in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, and brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to everything from design to construction. Her spaces are personal, detailed, and meant to be lived in.
